Following the surrender of the previous tenants lease. The existing M&E services were deemed to be life expired. Our engineers provided the mechanical and electrical building services designs for the replacement of central plant and all first floor building services. Our engineers also project managed the refurbishment construction works, which included the replacement of the existing Two pipe Cooling fan coils with new in void ducted  VRV, and low level perimeter LTMW Heating. To bring the space back to life and return it to Cat A fit out suitable for any new incoming tenant, our engineers designed and oversaw the replacement of the  ceilings, lighting and raised access flooring.



St Georges Lodge Bath, was constructed in the 1960's as drawing office, administration and workshop for a local manufacturer. Although refreshed in the eighties the building was in need of complete modernisation. With the assistance of the Tenant, Architects Stride Treglown the building was re-modelled internally with new toilet suites, bike training room and new through view reception with views to the gardens beyond. The mechanical and electrical services were replaced throughout and new low energy Air Source Heat Pump systems and LED lighting provided.



Our Engineers have provided M & E design services for the refurbishment of several suites of Avonbridge House, Chippenham. The listed former Mill Building adjacent to the river Avon had been utilised as multi tenant offices. The refurbishment for the new single occupant across the whole building has been carried out over a number phases. The Architects vision to maximise the exposure of the buildings unique internal features led to the design and installation of exposed services requiring an high quality of installation and co-ordination.

Our engineers have been involved with the long term planning a delivery of the replacement of the Mechanical & Electrical Building Services to this Prestigious  multi tenancy office development. The life expired service have had to be replaced whilst a number of tenants were in place, and a further number of suites were refurbished and provided with new modern standard M&E services between tenancies. The most tricky operations have come from the replacement of the central mechanical plant LV systems and BMS. where the requirement for parallel systems to be operated and the co-ordination of change overs to minimise tenant disruption Within the occupied  floors our engineers have provided design and project management services for the replacement of the mechanical and electrical services including the replacement of HVAC, lighting and electrical services.
